Published starting prices apply to standard residential conditions. Final pricing may increase based on accessibility, parts, pipe condition, blockage severity, equipment, permits, code requirements and additional work. Diagnostic fees cover initial inspection and troubleshooting only. Additional work must be explained and approved before it begins.
